Canvas Support

As of May 5th, Santa Fe College will offer Tier One support for Canvas to enhance support services and availability for all users. All users can get answers to basic Canvas questions through Tier One.

To access support, log into Canvas, click on Help (the question mark icon), and choose your preferred support option (phone or live chat). Faculty and staff with specific questions, such as LTI requests, merging requests, or other advanced inquiries, should reach out to lms.admin@sfcollege.edu.

If you need help with SF account access issues, like logging into SF systems or accessing email, please contact the ITS Help Desk at 352-395-5999 or help.desk@sfcollege.edu.
