  • Make sure you are in the Calls applet (denoted by "Calls" in the top right)
  • The top right button is where you can see your voicemails
  • The bottom left button is where you would go to dial a number or search for another Teams user to call

  • After tapping the bottom right (Phone with a plus icon) you will see either of these screens
  • Dialpad: This is where you can dial numbers (remember with Teams calling there's no need to dial 9 before the number)
  • People: This is where you can search for other Teams/Santa Fe users by their name

  • Hitting the top right (Tape icon) at the Calls home screen will take you to your voicemail. Here you can listen to voicemails, read their transcriptions, and delete them as well.

  • Tap "Notifications" and then "Custom"

  • Here you can control which notifications are sent to your mobile device
  • IE: If you never want calls to come to your mobile device, you would turn off "Calls" here
  • This is the only way to block Call notifications from going to your mobile device other than:
    • Setting your Teams status to "Do Not Disturb"
    • Forwarding your calls to voicemail or another user
      • Note that both above options would also prevent calls from notifying you on other devices

Quiet Hours (Stop calls from ringing you during off-hours)

Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  • From anywhere in the Teams app, tap your profile picture in the top left and then tap "Notifications"

Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  • Scroll down until you see "Block during quiet hours" and select that section

  • Turn on both "Certain Hours" and "All Day"
  • The screenshot above shows the correct settings to:
    • Block notifications all day during Saturday and Sunday
    • Block notifications from 6PM to 7AM every weekday
    • These can be edited to match your own preferences

  • Incoming Calls
    • Call Forwarding: Flipping this to ON forwards calls. A new menu will pop up under the setting when turned on that allows you to set where your calls are forwarded to (Voicemail, another person, another phone #)
    • Also Ring: This allows you to set other users or phone numbers to be rang whenever you receive a call. Useful if you want your personal cell # to ring whenever someone calls your office #
    • If Unanswered: Make sure this is not set to "Off"
      • Voicemail: Missed calls will go to voicemail. (This is a recommended setting)
      • Contact or Number: Missed calls will go to another user or phone number.
  • Voicemail
    • Change Voicemail Greeting: Tapping this will start a Teams meeting with the automated voicemail setup agent.
  • Sync my device contacts:
    • WARNING: Selecting this will sync your mobile devices contacts to your Santa Fe Account. They will then appear in Outlook & Teams.
    • WARNING: There is no undo button. If this is enabled, each contact will need to be deleted one at a time.
