Students: History Student Inquiries

This process is used to for history students getting transcript, w2, reapplying, etc.

• No need to readmit / reapply if the student only needs a transcript

• Verify if the student's account exists in Entra
  • Yes: Do a password reset in Entra 
  • No: Direct the student to Reapply for Admission via https://services.sfcollege.edu/apps/shared/sr/admission-application/
    • Note: If they have reapplied, their account may not have finished processing. Check back in 24 hours before escalating.
