This process is used to for history students getting transcript, w2, reapplying, etc.

Transcripts

No need to readmit / reapply if the student only needs a transcript
- Go to the eSantafe login page and select Request Records.
  
  Enter your SF ID or personal email address on file, and click Request Access:
  
  You will receive an email that looks like this:
  
  Click the link in the email, the following screen will allow you to request an official transcript or view an unofficial one:

If you need more than a transcript, and have not been enrolled for the last 3 semesters, you must Reapply for Admission to Reactivate from History Status.
