Intune: Company Portal

With the migration to Windows 11 property we no longer use the Property number as a basis for naming. Instead, we now use the serial number. The serial number is used when calling or submitting a ticket to the Helpdesk. This serial number is found in the "Company Portal". 

  • To access the Company Portal, Click the Start Button

  • In the Search Box, type Company Portal, the icon will look exactly as below:

    • Note: We highly suggest you right click & pin this app to the Start Menu or the Task Bar.
  • Click on the Company Portal Icon and you will be presented with the Company Portal. The bottom left corner you will see something like below. The name of your computer will begin with either an SF- or SFSD, you will need to give this to the Help Desk so they can remotely connect to your computer to assist you.

  • By clicking "Apps" in the navigation bar on the left, you can find Applications that are available for installation. These can be installed without a ticket, or a call to the help desk.
